About Me

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body.

After my son was born, I hit my heaviest weight and lowest level of confidence. I struggled with disordered eating and a negative self-image for years, never quite knowing how to feel strong and comfortable in my own skin. Becoming a mom changed everything—I realized I wasn't just responsible for myself anymore. I had to take my health seriously.

So I did what I thought I was supposed to do: I ran. Seven miles every morning. I lost 110 pounds in a year through intense endurance training, but despite the dramatic results, I felt empty. I'd lost my curves, my femininity, and somehow still wasn't satisfied with what I saw in the mirror.

Then I met a nutritionist who introduced me to weightlifting and proper nutrition. Within one month of working out four times a week, I was hooked. Wait—you mean I can actually sculpt my body the way I want? Where had this magic been all those years?!

When my son started daycare and my schedule freed up, sharing this joy was a no-brainer. I earned my NASM certification in 2022 and have been helping women build real, lasting strength ever since.

I've lived through the mental and emotional struggle of change and building better habits, so I understand how hard this process can be. That's why I've continued my education with Dr. Lisa Lewis on the psychology of behavior change, and with Barbell Rehab on research-backed programming. I want to support your mindset while getting you visible results as quickly and safely as possible.

My approach? Every workout is tailored to your unique anatomy and biomechanics. I'm a compassionate cheerleader with a sassy, friendly edge. My clients praise my adaptability and wisdom, but really, I just want you to find what I found: strength, confidence, and a body that feels like your own. 

When I'm not in the gym, you'll find me discovering new Asian eats around Austin, hanging out with my son, or being bossed around by my cat.
